Young woman injured with knife in Duisburg
A 19-year-old woman was injured with a knife near a vocational college on Krefelder Straße in Duisburg on 11 May. She was walking to a bus stop that afternoon when a black car carrying three men stopped beside her. According to her later account, one of the men told her to get in. After she declined, a man allegedly got out, threatened her and injured her with a knife. The woman grabbed the knife and apparently also injured the attacker before fleeing and later informing police. Criminal police are investigating and seeking witnesses.
