Man treated in hospital for stab wounds after dispute at Hochemmerich market
A 23-year-old man was treated in hospital for stab wounds after an altercation at Hochemmerich market in Duisburg. A witness alerted police on Friday afternoon, 10 April. Further witnesses said two men had argued and that one person allegedly stabbed the other with a knife. By the time officers arrived at the market, those involved had fled. The hospital reported the injured man at about 5 p.m. He said a discussion with a teenager had escalated, and criminal police are investigating the circumstances and a possible minor suspect.
