Two people injured in knife attacks at Wiener Platz
Two men were injured in knife attacks at Wiener Platz in Dresden on Saturday evening. One man approached officers at the main railway station with a stab wound to his back, and officers shortly afterwards found another man with a stab wound to his upper body outside the station. Both were taken to hospital.
Federal police located one suspect at Wiener Platz and detained another minor after a flight towards Prager Straße. A third suspect initially remained at large. The investigation for dangerous bodily harm was transferred to Saxony state police.
