Knife threat during group attack in Dresden

On 7 April, a group of about ten men attacked three men at the Merianplatz stop in Dresden. The groups had encountered each other again after an earlier altercation at a youth club. The attackers used kicks, punches and thrown bottles, while one suspect threatened the group with a knife. A 19-year-old man was treated in hospital, and two other men sustained minor injuries and received outpatient treatment. Police identified five suspects and are investigating on suspicion of breach of the peace.
