Man threatened with knife on Dresden river meadows
An unknown man is alleged to have threatened a 24-year-old man with a knife on the river meadows in Dresden-Kemnitz at about 11:15 a.m. on 2 September. Before that, one of the man's dogs had approached the unknown man's dog. The unknown man then drew a knife and initially held it toward the dog. After the dog returned to its owner, the man threatened the 24-year-old with the knife and ran away. Police are investigating the alleged threat.
