Man injured in knife attack in Dortmund
A man sustained cuts to his face during an altercation on Mallinckrodtstraße near Nordmarkt in Dortmund. Police said he had previously argued with another man, who is alleged to have attacked him, punched and kicked him, and injured him with a knife. The injured man was taken to hospital and was not in life-threatening condition, according to police. The suspect fled and an initial search was unsuccessful. Mallinckrodtstraße at Nordmarkt was closed westbound during the operation.
