Two minors injured with knife during altercation in Dortmund
Two minors were injured with a knife during an altercation on Lortzingstraße in Dortmund's northern inner city on Sunday evening. Police said that at least six minors and a 27-year-old man had initially argued. Several people then punched and kicked the man, who, according to the current investigation, used a knife and injured two minors on their upper arms.
One injured person was taken to hospital and was not in life-threatening condition; the other sustained minor injuries. The 27-year-old initially fled but was arrested shortly afterwards at a nearby fast-food restaurant. Police recovered a double knife with a tanto blade and are investigating the incident as mutual dangerous bodily harm.
