Man injured by knife stabbing in Detmold
A 19-year-old man is reported to have suffered serious stab wounds to his upper body during an attack in Detmold. Police said that three people jointly attacked him. Two companions of a 43-year-old man who was later fatally shot were provisionally detained and brought before a local court on 5 January. Detention warrants were issued against them on suspicion of jointly committing dangerous bodily harm. A murder detention warrant was issued for the injured 19-year-old, who is alleged to have shot the 43-year-old after the attack.
