Cashier threatened with knife in Datteln
An unidentified man robbed a discount store on Bülowstraße in Datteln on the evening of 17 April. He threatened a 19-year-old cashier with a knife and took cash. The offender fled by bicycle but was followed by customers. During his escape, he threw away the bag containing the money; witnesses returned it, and the cash was still complete. The cashier was unharmed. Police are continuing to search for the offender.
