Man remanded in custody after knife injury in Darmstadt
A 24-year-old man was injured in the abdomen with a pocketknife during an argument in Darmstadt on 3 May. Based on the investigation so far, a 39-year-old man is alleged to have caused the injury during the confrontation at Im Carree. The injured man was treated in hospital and investigators said his life was not in danger. Police officers arrested the 39-year-old man immediately after the incident and seized a knife. A judge ordered him remanded in custody the following day on suspicion of dangerous bodily harm.
