Five men remanded after stabbing attack in Dachau
On 30 April, a 52-year-old man was found seriously injured on Martin-Huber-Straße in Dachau. According to the investigation at that time, five men had waited for him as he left his home and attacked him with punches, kicks and stabbing injuries. Witnesses interrupted the attackers, who fled and left the man seriously injured. Passers-by alerted emergency services and police; the victim received intensive medical treatment and was not in life-threatening condition. The five suspects were later arrested in Essen. An investigating judge remanded them on suspicion of jointly committed attempted manslaughter.
