45-year-old dies after attack in Coburg apartment
A 45-year-old man died after an attack in an apartment in Coburg. He had been attending a private gathering when, according to the investigation so far, an unknown masked attacker forced entry. The attacker allegedly struck him with a blunt object before inflicting stab injuries to his upper body. Emergency responders took the seriously injured man to hospital, where he died on Tuesday morning. The attacker fled, and an initial search was unsuccessful. Criminal police are investigating and secured evidence at the scene.
