Man threatened and injured with knife in Chemnitz
An unidentified man reportedly lay in wait for a 26-year-old outside an apartment building on Ulbrichtstraße in Chemnitz's Bernsdorf district at about 12:40 a.m. on 19 June. Police said the suspect pulled at the man's jacket, pushed him against a wall and threatened him while displaying a knife. The 26-year-old was reportedly slightly injured but managed to break free and call police from a building entrance. A search of the area was unsuccessful. Police are investigating on suspicion of dangerous bodily harm and threats.
