34-year-old injured with knife in Castrop-Rauxel
Late on Wednesday evening at about 11:30 p.m., a 34-year-old man met a 19-year-old and a 23-year-old on Pallasstraße in Castrop-Rauxel. During an initially verbal dispute, the 19-year-old allegedly drew a knife and injured the 34-year-old with it. Both suspects initially fled. The injured man later noticed his wound, called emergency services and was taken by ambulance to hospital, where he remained as an inpatient. Police encountered the 19-year-old near the scene and are investigating on suspicion of dangerous bodily harm.
