Three men threaten woman with knife during Bremen home robbery
A 77-year-old woman freed herself after a robbery at her home in Bremen-Blumenthal and called police. During the night leading into Sunday, 4 October 2026, three unidentified men allegedly forced open the front door, woke the sleeping resident and threatened her with a knife. They restrained her with cable ties, taped her mouth shut and searched the rooms and a safe. They then fled without taking anything, heading towards nearby railway tracks. Relatives cared for the woman; an immediate police search was initially unsuccessful.
