Man seriously injured with knife in Bremen flat
A 40-year-old man allegedly attacked and seriously injured a 39-year-old with a knife in a flat in Bremen-Woltmershausen late on 19 March. A 36-year-old woman called police after, according to her account, her former partner had forced his way into the flat and attacked the man. Officers found the suspect still inside and gave first aid to the heavily bleeding victim. Paramedics took the 39-year-old to hospital. Police are investigating an attempted homicide, and the arrested man was due to be brought before a remand judge.
