Burglar threatens witness with knife in Bremen
Following a burglary at a house in Bremen-Grolland, a man is alleged to have threatened a witness with a knife while fleeing. The woman had noticed suspicious noises at the neighbouring house on Tuesday morning, entered the building and encountered an unknown man inside. Police said he fled and threatened her with the knife. Another witness saw him get into a getaway vehicle driven by an accomplice. Police later detained both suspects. The 63-year-old main suspect was remanded in custody, while the other man was released after police measures were completed.
