Passenger threatened with knife on train to Bremen
A 35-year-old man allegedly threatened a female passenger with a knife on a NordWestBahn train from Bremen-Sebaldsbrück to Bremen Central Station on 1 March. According to a couple travelling on the train, he first insulted and spat at the woman, then showed her a knife and threatened her with it. The witnesses intervened, after which the man left the woman alone and put the knife away. Federal police arrested him after everyone left the train at the central station and seized a folding knife from him. The woman could not later be found, and federal police are investigating threats and insult.
