Knife seized after dispute in Bad Freienwalde car park
Two men aged 43 and 54 initially became involved in a verbal dispute in the car park of a supermarket on Bahnhofstraße in Bad Freienwalde at about 7 p.m. on 24 March. The argument turned physical. The older man allegedly handled a knife but did not injure the other man with it. According to police, the younger man defended himself with a glass bottle and struck the other man on the head. Both men sustained minor injuries, and emergency personnel treated the 43-year-old man's injuries. Officers separated the men and seized the knife. Police are investigating suspected dangerous bodily harm and attempted dangerous bodily harm.
