Arrest warrant after armed supermarket robbery in Bremen
Two masked men robbed a supermarket in Bremen-Huchting at about 20:45 on 24 March. They threatened a cashier at an occupied till with a knife and pepper spray. One offender held the knife towards her and repeatedly tapped it against the till. Because they could not get into the cash register quickly enough, the men fled without any proceeds. The following day, criminal investigators searched the homes of three young men and seized evidence; an arrest warrant was issued for an 18-year-old suspect. The investigation is ongoing.
