Man injured with unknown pointed object in Böblingen
A 24-year-old man was injured on the evening of 8 July near Rosengarten on Parkstraße in Böblingen. Following a verbal dispute, an initially unknown attacker allegedly punched the man and stabbed him several times with an unknown pointed object. The injured man and his companion fled through the underpass to the other side of the road and called police.
The 24-year-old sustained stab wounds as well as injuries from the blows and was taken to hospital with minor injuries. The suspect initially left in the direction of the Böblingen lakes. Following a search, investigators identified a 23-year-old suspect; the precise circumstances remained under investigation.
