Teenager injured in attack in Bodelshausen
A teenage girl sustained superficial injuries while jogging on a field path near the West industrial estate in Bodelshausen on 19 May. Police said an unidentified man spoke to her at around 2 p.m. before allegedly attacking her without warning with a pointed object.
The man fled through bushes towards the industrial estate. The teenager was taken to hospital for outpatient treatment. An extensive search involving patrol officers, a helicopter and police dogs initially produced no result, and criminal investigators are examining the case.
