Man shows knife to 21-year-old in suspected anti-LGBTQ threat
On 30 October 2026, several unknown people allegedly subjected a 21-year-old man to homophobic and transphobic insults on the pavement of Landsberger Allee in Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg district. One of the men allegedly approached him, displayed a folded knife and made kicking gestures towards him. Police were called to Landsberger Allee S-Bahn station shortly after 9 p.m.; the suspects were gone when officers arrived. The police state security unit is investigating a suspected threat involving a weapon with an anti-LGBTQ background.
