Woman injured in knife attack at Berlin accommodation
At accommodation for homeless people in Berlin-Schöneberg, a 44-year-old man is alleged to have attacked his 33-year-old former partner and a 39-year-old neighbour with a knife during an argument. The neighbour was not injured.
The man is then alleged to have poured a liquid over the woman and set her alight. The neighbour extinguished the flames with a blanket. The woman suffered burn and cut injuries and was taken to hospital. The suspect fled, and the search and investigation are ongoing.
