Senior injured in suspected robbery in Berlin
A 77-year-old senior received outpatient hospital treatment after a suspected robbery in an allotment garden in Berlin-Charlottenburg. Several unidentified people allegedly demanded that he hand over valuables. When he did not comply, they allegedly hit and bit him and injured him with a suspected pointed object. According to police, he sustained a cut, a bruise and a bite injury. The suspected robbers allegedly fled after the man resisted. A specialist unit is investigating on suspicion of aggravated robbery.
