19-year-old hospitalized after attack with stab wounds in Hellersdorf
During the night of 10 June, a group of people allegedly attacked a 19-year-old man at Cottbusser Platz in Berlin-Hellersdorf. A witness noticed the assault at about 22:00 and saw the group flee afterwards. The young man had multiple stab wounds. Until emergency services arrived, the witness and other people cared for him in a nearby venue. Following emergency surgery, he was admitted to hospital as an inpatient. Police are investigating violent assault offences.
