Employee injured with pointed object in Berlin robbery

Two unidentified men are alleged to have robbed a businessman on Gerlinger Straße in Berlin-Buckow in the afternoon as he was placing a backpack containing the day's takings into his vehicle. After the 51-year-old reportedly refused to hand it over, one attacker allegedly threatened him with a firearm. When a 28-year-old employee came to assist, the second attacker allegedly drew a pointed object and stabbed him in the thigh. The attackers fled with the backpack. The injured man was taken to hospital after initial treatment and later left it himself; the robbery unit is investigating.
