Man attacked by group in Berlin-Lichterfelde
A 19-year-old was attacked and injured by several men in Berlin-Lichterfelde during the night into Tuesday. At about 12:30 a.m., three or four men reportedly approached him on Scheelestrasse; one was said to be holding a knife and another a wooden slat. The young man fled to a playground after he was reportedly struck with the wooden slat.
Further men allegedly attacked him there with pepper spray, punches and kicks. When the first group joined them, the attackers reportedly continued to punch and kick the 19-year-old together. A witness drew attention to the incident and the men fled. The victim received outpatient hospital treatment, and police are investigating on suspicion of dangerous bodily harm.
