Police seek suspect in series of Berlin shop robberies
Criminal police are searching for an unidentified man believed to be responsible for eight robberies at retail premises in Berlin. He is suspected of entering the sales areas, handing staff a bag and demanding the contents of the cash register. During the incidents, he allegedly displayed firearms or knives to employees. He is then said to have fled in an unknown direction with the money. The investigated cases occurred between 5 November 2025 and 14 January 2026 at petrol stations, a beverage store, a lottery shop and a supermarket.
