Man threatens passenger with knife on Berlin S-Bahn
A 25-year-old man allegedly threatened a passenger with a knife on an S-Bahn stopped at Berlin Ostkreuz station during the night before Tuesday. At about 00:30, the two men had first become involved in a verbal dispute on S-Bahn line 7. According to federal police, the man pulled out a knife and held it threateningly toward the other passenger. Officers provisionally detained him at the station shortly afterwards and seized a knife. Investigations were opened on suspicion of making threats and violating weapons law; he was released after police measures were completed.
