Man treated after cut injuries in Neukölln
Passers-by found a bleeding 26-year-old man on a pavement in Berlin-Neukölln on the evening of 5 September and alerted police and emergency services. At about 21:15, police officers provided first aid on Sonnenallee. According to current information, scissors had been used to inflict cut injuries to the man's head. He received outpatient hospital treatment and was then discharged. Officers secured the suspected weapon, and a specialist unit is investigating the circumstances.
