Man allegedly injures two men in Friedrichshain and threatens police with knife
An 18-year-old man allegedly injured two men after a suspected theft at a late-night shop on Warschauer Straße in Berlin-Friedrichshain. Police said that during a physical confrontation, he sprayed the 34-year-old shop owner with pepper spray and stabbed the owner's 41-year-old companion in the thigh with a knife; the two men allegedly struck him beforehand. When officers arrived, the suspect allegedly held the knife in their direction. He was arrested after attempting to flee, and the knife he discarded was seized. Both injured men received outpatient treatment.
