Man attacked with screwdriver in Berlin-Marzahn
An unidentified man allegedly attacked a 59-year-old man with a screwdriver in Berlin-Marzahn. According to the man targeted, he was walking on the pavement of Langhoffstraße at about 6:30 p.m. on 18 March when the later attacker verbally provoked him and followed him. When the 59-year-old stopped, the unidentified man allegedly tried to hit and kick him. He then allegedly pulled out a screwdriver and stabbed toward the man several times; the targeted man avoided the attack and shortly afterwards fled into his home. Before that, the unidentified man allegedly spat in his face. Police are continuing their investigation to identify the suspect.
