Three injured in knife-related altercation in Berlin-Neukölln
An argument involving several men escalated in Berlin-Neukölln during the night of 26 February. After an initial verbal dispute in a bar on Karl-Marx-Straße, the confrontation moved onto the pavement, where punches and kicks were exchanged. Police officers also observed stabbing weapons.
Three men were injured: two brothers sustained bruises and abrasions, while their opponent suffered a cut injury. The 23-year-old threw a folding knife onto the road while fleeing and was detained. A 35-year-old dropped a kitchen knife. Both brothers were also detained, and all three were released after police measures were completed. They are under investigation on suspicion of dangerous bodily harm.
