Man injured in alleged knife attack in Berlin
On 25 January 2025, an unidentified man allegedly knocked a 20-year-old man to the ground following a dispute at Berlin's Marx-Engels-Forum and attacked him again at a pedestrian crossing near Karl-Liebknecht-Straße and Spandauer Straße. The attacker allegedly stabbed him with a knife; the 20-year-old suffered three stab wounds to his thighs and received outpatient hospital treatment. The suspect fled on foot. A specialist police unit is investigating the circumstances.
