Teenager threatened with a knife in Berlin-Kreuzberg

A 21-year-old man reportedly threatened a teenager with a knife at Kottbusser Tor in Berlin-Kreuzberg. At around 9 p.m., the teenager and an acquaintance had noticed a dispute, and the teenager was attempting to intervene, according to the information available. The man allegedly first made verbal threats and then held a knife to the teenager's chest.

Police located the suspect beneath the viaduct at the corner of Skalitzer Straße and Manteuffelstraße and arrested him. He was released after identification procedures. A local criminal investigation unit of Directorate 5 (City) took over the investigation.
