Man dies after stab injury in Eging am See
Emergency personnel found a 27-year-old man unresponsive in an apartment in Eging am See at about 9 p.m. on 24 June. An emergency doctor confirmed his death. An autopsy requested by prosecutors found that a stab injury to his upper body was fatal. Investigators subsequently developed suspicions against the man's 30-year-old girlfriend. She was in a specialist clinic, and an order for psychiatric placement was issued against her. The investigation remained ongoing.
