Man threatens teenagers in Wertheim with pocketknife

A 60-year-old man is alleged to have threatened two teenagers with a pocketknife on Tuesday evening near the Maintauberhalle in Wertheim. At about 7:30 p.m., he had previously been involved in a dispute with several teenagers there. After initially leaving on his bicycle, he returned and waved the pocketknife around in front of two teenagers who had not been involved in the dispute. The teenagers left the area and called police. Officers located the man on his bicycle after a brief search; because he was found to be unfit to ride due to alcohol, he was taken to hospital for a blood sample.
