Armed robbery at petrol station in Aurich
Two unidentified men robbed a petrol station on Esenser Straße in Aurich on Thursday evening. They threatened the 31-year-old employee, including with a stabbing weapon, and demanded cash. Investigators believe they took a three-figure sum before fleeing through the rear of the premises towards Am Bahndamm. A local search did not locate them. The employee was not injured, and police are investigating.
