Man threatens teenager with sword in Augustdorf
Around midday Sunday in Augustdorf, a 40-year-old man reportedly threatened his partner's teenage son outside with a sword and verbal threats. He had allegedly struck the 37-year-old woman in the face with a mobile phone at their shared home on Am Dören, slightly injuring her. Witnesses who wanted to intervene were then reportedly threatened with a pointed wooden object. When police arrived, he put that object down after being ordered to do so. Officers took him into custody to prevent further offences, removed him from the home and barred his return. A blood sample was taken because he appeared heavily intoxicated; the investigation continues.
