Man seriously injured with knife during altercation in Augsburg
Five people became involved in a physical altercation at workers' accommodation on Auenstraße in Augsburg on 21 June. At about 01:15, a 29-year-old man was seriously injured with a knife and taken to hospital; police said there was no acute danger to his life. Another participant, a 40-year-old man, sustained minor injuries and was also taken to hospital. Three people believed to have been involved fled after the incident. Criminal police are investigating on suspicion of attempted homicide.
