Two brothers injured in knife altercation in Augsburg
Both men were injured in a physical altercation involving a knife between two brothers in Augsburg-Firnhaberau on 1 May. A 30-year-old man sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital, while his 28-year-old brother was slightly injured and also taken to hospital. The 28-year-old is being investigated for an attempted homicide offence. At the prosecution's request, an investigating judge issued and enforced a detention order for attempted manslaughter.
