Man seriously injured with knife in Augsburg
At about 6:30 p.m. on 15 January, two men became involved in a physical altercation on Tunnelstraße in Augsburg. One man seriously injured the other with a knife. The injured man was taken to hospital.
Police located and arrested the suspect after he had initially fled. An investigating judge issued a detention order the following day over allegations of attempted homicide and dangerous bodily harm; the man is being held in a correctional facility.
