Man injured with knife during dispute in Arnsberg
An 18-year-old man was slightly injured during an altercation at the Promenade in Arnsberg. Police said he had first become involved in a verbal dispute with an unidentified suspect. The suspect allegedly pulled a knife and injured the man in the neck and face before fleeing on foot toward the town centre. Police are investigating suspected dangerous bodily harm and are seeking witnesses.
