The map of Germany locates published knife attacks, knife threats, and robbery or extortion cases involving a knife. Each point represents one documented case; locations remain limited to an approximate area to protect the people affected.
Period, federal state, case type, injury outcome and place together determine which published cases appear.

During a confrontation between two groups in Regensburg, one participant reportedly went after a victim with a knife. Three people sustained minor injuries during the confrontations, but none is reported to have been injured by the knife.
