Man seriously injured in stabbing during dispute in Wuppertal
An 18-year-old man was seriously injured during an altercation involving several men in Wuppertal. After an initial verbal dispute, a physical confrontation occurred near Westkotter Straße and Münzstraße at about 20:30 on 24 March, during which he sustained multiple stab wounds to the upper body. Passers-by found the seriously injured man on Sedanstraße and alerted police and emergency services. He received intensive hospital treatment and was temporarily in life-threatening condition. The unidentified perpetrators fled, and prosecutors and police are investigating an attempted homicide.
