Three men remanded after robbery in Wolfenbüttel

Three men aged 33, 34 and 39 are alleged to have jointly attacked and forced a 74-year-old man to the ground on a green area near Lessingstraße and Lessingplatz in Wolfenbüttel at about 1 a.m. on 15 March. According to police, the man defended himself with a knife. The three suspects sustained stab wounds, and two were taken to hospital for treatment.

The three men fled after a patrol noticed the group of four but were later detained near the scene. Police recovered the stolen property. Arrest warrants were issued for all three men, who were then taken to prison.
