Two injured after altercation at Wittenberg allotment garden site
A mutual dangerous assault was reported at an allotment garden site on Rheinstraße in Wittenberg on 7 July. Police said that a 39-year-old acquaintance entered the garden hut of a 36-year-old man at about 3 p.m. and attacked him with a bar and punches. When a witness tried to pull the attacker away, the 36-year-old is alleged to have injured him with a knife-like object. The 39-year-old sustained injuries to his arm, while the 36-year-old sustained injuries to his face and arm; both were treated in hospital. Officers found all those involved near the scene.
