Taxi driver injured with knife handle in Wiesbaden
An unknown passenger is alleged to have threatened and injured a 32-year-old taxi driver in Wiesbaden-Nordost at about 23:30 on 10 May. According to police, the man refused to pay the fare after the journey. During a subsequent dispute, he allegedly pulled a knife. When the driver tried to get help, the offender is said to have struck him several times on the back of the head with the knife handle. The driver ran from the vehicle, while the offender fled on foot towards Emser Straße and Dürerplatz. Police are seeking witnesses.
