Man threatens two passengers with knife on tram near Weisenbach
On 28 March 2025, a 34-year-old man allegedly spat at two female passengers on a tram travelling from Freudenstadt to Rastatt. When the women confronted him, he allegedly displayed a knife with its blade folded in and threatened them. The man locked himself in the train toilet at the Weisenbach stop. Police officers arrested him and seized a folding knife found hidden in his underwear. The tram continued towards Rastatt at about 12:30 p.m.
